New to the forum. Looking to get my first (well, 2nd...I'll explain) supermoto.
I'm 52 and have been riding for over 30 years. Street, road racing, & motocross . I recently sold my 2014 Ducati 899 Panigale. I do not ride too much, only a few hundred miles a year so I decided to sell the 899 and look for a nice clean supermoto for under $5500. I purchased what I thought was a great low mile Aprilia SXV 550, turned out to be an orange sealant engine bike and the guy I bought it from was a stand up guy and bought it back from me. I did not want a project, let alone spending another $1200-2000 to rebuild the engine correctly. So here I am...I am considering several options including the Husaberg FS570.
So that is my story...If I can find a nice one within my budget that would be great. In the meantime I will be doing my research on the bikes and continue my search within a day's drive round trip of my house. I am not in a rush to buy, and I am being more diligent in my search for my next bike.
