Non Magnetic Flakes on Oil Screen

Just started getting a few non Magnectic flakes on the oil screen.

Can anyone tell where these could be from ??

And should i start panicking.


FE400 e/s 2002.

Large flakes or small flakes. Most likely for the cases (aluminium flakes) I would'nt worry but check the tension of your timming chain, the chain could be rubbing on the cases.

I would call them small flakes about 1mm across.
