Hello, I have a husaberg 600 fe 1995.
Been sparkless before about 4 years ago, back then it was the stator.
The bike have run well for a couple of years.
I want to know the values on the cdi/ignitionbox, this one:
TM14-05
10189000
I have only used green, red and black, the orange has not been used.
Regards Michael

green to black is 23 ohms
red to black is 1750 ohms (it is this that goes wrong)
let the orange dangle down and cover in tape so it can't touch anything and earth away your spark.

there is no reading for the coil. it works or it doesn't.

i sell stators for those and also new coils.

cheers

taffy

Ok, thanks.
I measured green to black on 20k ohm on the multimeter
And got: 0,09
Between red and black there is no conection at all.
Just heard from a husky-guy in sweden who were out of red ones but got a sem with 200rpm lower step on the ignition. The difference is 1700rpm instead of 1900rpm otherwise its the same ignitioncurve.
1250kr
How big differense Will it be? This bike is Will not last as long as i want, the engine is fantastic, but when the bike craves for Money to survive, its time to let go.
The orange Cable has always been sealed.

I charge double that so it sounds a good deal. Someone is selling them for less than what i paid for mine.

Short after Taffy’s reply, I found a used one to a 350 - 93, the exact same for a 600 -95.
500kr plus shipment (627kr total)
To my surprise, the engine revs higher than before in a controlled positive way!
The new(used) coil and the the broken one has the exact same article-number, and before the old coil broke down, there were no hesitation of the engine under any circumstances.
Just lower revs.
My only thought is that the old weaker spark cuoldnt handle the rich mixture at full throttle as effektive as the new(used) coil does.
