Nick Fahringer

Nick is also holding his own in the Nationa Enduro Series. He was 6th place in the Texas round our club hosted a few weeks ago, and is sitting 4th in total points for the year so far.
 
Good call guys, he is in there points wise, and being quiet about it. That is great that he's having good rides...and I hope that continues.

Talk about putting Husaberg back on the map - a recent second place finish in an AMA National Enduro and a fourth in a GNCC race. He will probably be riding for KTM next year if he keeps it up.
 
i hate to be the bearer of bad news guys. nick tore his acl and is out for the rest of the season. he seems super motivated though and is stoked for the chance to race the new (09) bike.

That is terrible news. Nick is the best thing to happen to Husaberg in the USA ever. I hope he heals up quickly, although an ACL is a long haul--six months until he can start really riding again would be best case. I've had ACL reconstruction surgery myself.

I was already to see Nick school em here in October for the last race of the series.
