Hello fellow berg riders, newbie here. I’ve been reading posts on this site for quite some time. I must say it’s a great site. Hats off to Schwim.
I currently own an fe600e, bought it used with very few miles on it about five years ago. It’s my second berg and I gota say it’s a great bike. I check the valve clearance periodically and change the oil after every ride. I race hare and hounds, grand prix’s and overall I hammer the bike when play riding and I never have had a problem with it.
I’ve been riding the Southern California desert on and off for 35 years. I rode Huskys prior to my first fc600 that I bought used in 96. My next ride will be a 550.
I am looking forward to my first dual-sport event later this month and was hoping to find a used aux. tank for my 99. If anyone has a lead on one please let me know as soon as you can. Thanks, Wyatt
