Hey all,

finally got the chance to take my new FE570 out on the weekend and loved it!!!

There is some dial on the bars, not sure what it is??

any help would be much appreciated

Pic doesn't work for me so I will guess it is a flux capacitor.

Depends, I think they removed it from -11 and -12 models due to the new forks. So it could be a standard warp drive.

Edit: but it sure looks like a flux capacitor:

I'd say that that was a mapping switch. Changes the ignition mapping. I'd redo that with a better switch - you only need three positions.

Assuming you have the civilian version, most likely just maneuver controls, or possibly the previous owner moved the altitude control from the foot pedal if he installed an auto clutch thruster. If it's the combat version, could be any number of weapons or shield controller. The manual for the 2102 is very vague.

told you I'm not that technical. Can't even drive a keyboard.

The pic wont work, but it is a dial 0-9 that has been neatly attached to the bars with zip ties. I don't think it is a mapping switch, I believe they have three settings?

If by chance it is some futuristic warp drive adjuster, flux capacitor or rider ability enhancer, I'll copy it and sell it cheap to all aspiring future and forward thinking riders like myself

there were some mapping switches made with a silly choice of switch with many positions but few that did anything - I'll bet you a tall glass of ale that that's what it is

It is a Husaberg map switch position 1 beginner / smooth power
pos. 2 advance / aggressive power
Pos. 3 standard
Pos. 4,5,6,7,8,9,0 the standard map is activated
I don't know how to send pics I have the Husaberg paper work on this switch. I can send them in a e-mail
