Hi everyone, I purchased an 05 FS650C from a friend. He's had it since new and I always admired it and called dibs if he ever sold it. The motor developed issues so I paid $1,000 usd for it....Got the motor out and the clutch side crank bearing was shot along with the counter balance asssembly, piston and liner. My questions are first, where can I buy parts? I'm in the USA and mostly find overseas dealers/shops etc... Second, the whole counter balance assembly seems sketchy, can I balance the crank and rod and leave it out or is there an update or aftermarket unit available? Last, any tips or things to watch out for during the engine build? I want to order parts asap so any links, advice, or phone numbers give are appreciated! Cant wait to ride this thing!!!!

IT'S FINE, IF YOU THINK IT'S SKETCHY NOW - TRY RIDING WITHOUT IT!

NO AFTERMARKET UNIT AVAILABLE, THEY UPGRADED IT ABOUT THEN. CHECK THE DOC OUT FOR THAT.
