At what point does a motard stop being a dirt bike fitted with road running gear and become a road bike with radiator shrouds & sump guard? I guess I'm kinda missing the point.

I'm with you Brad. It wouldn't take much to make this look like a new model Ducati monster..

That rear guard looks the same as a Berger one! Does that mean the '05 KTM's might start looking more like Husabergs - heh heh heh

Hey dave186

If my new '05 model (when they're released) comes in orange I'll be buying yellow/blue paint & a large brush..

I'm with LuKe:

I'm sure you noticed that:
Weight (incl. all liquids) 179 kg
IMHO it's not a motard race bike....

New KTM 950

Nice bike, but at 179 KG'S it's a heavy thing - so once it's sliding it may be a handful. Our Bergs are less powerful but lighted than say 600/1000 sports bike, but this KTM is much heavier AND less powerful than the same.

It will maybe start a new race series - showing faster speeds along the straights (but not necessarily), and using speedway style broadies to control that weight around the bends?

I like our friskier Super's myself. Anyone else?

Is is aimed at the same market as the hugely successful XLV750 & DR BIG 750? Its size & weight would be similar.

Looking for a brake light

Hi,like the bike but cant find the pennies for that kind of animal.Putting a 2002 husaberg on the road and have taken a liking to the rear brake light :D number plate section and was wondering where i could find it or something very like it.
