Hey guys,

I'm picking up my first berg ever tonight. It's a 1997 FE400. Looks like these things are tough to sort parts for and even tougher to find aftermarket for. They are so stinking cool though who cares? Anyone else around here still have that old of a Berg? Seems most have '04+ from what I'm seeing on the forums.

Thanks for the site!

New too, 1997 FE501E , and have been going through to familiarize myself. History of 1972 450 Husky and 1980 430 Husky; so I love the image. Also new to 4 stroke dirt bikes after 30 years afoot. Sadly ,found that the Italians have ruined the reputation of our beloved marque, and the Austrians are doing their best to rain on the Husaberg parade. I still love the fact that the Berg is a no nonsence racing machine. Oh ,BTW ,I also just (8 months)ago bought a no nonsence BMW R1100S , The bike the BOXER CUP racing series was based on. I really dont know what came first. My fav colors are yellow and blue. Have yellow car and paint everything blue or yellow.
