Hello,
This info is probably on here somewhere, but I'm gonna throw it out there and see what you guys think.
I have a 2011 FE570S. It is ridden 85% off road. I'm an above average rider by quite a bit. I don't race, but I have ridden since I was five, and I ride with guys who have raced their whole lives (guys who were pro's at one point in their career, but who are older now and a little slower), and I keep up no problem. I mostly ride desert and I like the rougher and more challenging the trails the better. I ride long distances, 300 miles in a day is normal for me. I weigh 230 lbs. I have wolfman luggage on the bike, I pack the bike with an additional 30-40 pounds of luggage on multi day trips (Of course on these trips, the pace slows down considerably), Sometimes, I ride with a backpack also stuffed with gear, and Currently have the 70 degree tank on the bike, but soon plan on adding both Safari tanks for additional fuel.
Right now, the bike is six months old, and the rear spring is waaayyyyyy too soft. The front fork isn't bothering me too much because I don't carry the weight on the front of the bike. So, with all of those considerations, what is the general consensus as to the springs I should get for the bike.
