I am considering buying a 2009 FE570, US model. It currently has no headlight or taillight. I know I can just use KTM parts, headlight and taillight, for the most part. And there is plenty of aftermarket support, Trailtech makes nice lights. But does the 2009 US wiring harness have all the connectors I need already in place? I have no need for signal, hi/lo beam, or an ignition switch. Basically I need a US XC-W setup.
Any known issues to be on the lookout for on an 09 or any year 570?
I rode a 570 in 09. If my memory serves me it was pretty stout. Not a beast, but a fun motor.
I assume parts are a non issue right now? Maybe aftermarket parts getting sketchy?
