Welcome to the berg brotherhood stuberg. Enjoy your new bike when it eventually arrives, I know the feeling. One bit of advice I will give you is ( after going for a good trash ) when you've got some spare time & want to start pulling it apart :lol: is pull the wheels off & re-pack the bearings. You'll spin out just how little grease is in there. If you get keen, do your steering head bearing too. Mine were seized on my FE550 at 20 hrs 8O .
Apart from that change your oil often & enjoy.

Nah, treat it with respect tho, i came off a KX 125 onto a FE 550, and it wasnt such a big transition, except on hillclimbs, where it definately let me know it was willing to go faster and more vert than i expected.

Just Money, My original thought was to trade my DRZ for a demo 04 Fe450.
But then found the 08 Fe550 for 35% off list, 17 hours, refurbed, had to have it.
