Where in Nederland? I lived in Weesp for one year back in 1997.
What are the rules in NL for street legal motorcycles? Special paperwork or no big deal?

It comes with an xtra set of Offroad/enduro wheels, front brakeset and disk. For some roadbook trips.
It's the original supermotard edition, comes with lighting, streettires etc, so the dutch importer takes care of all the paperwork and that makes it no big deal.
They use the homologation for the whole of europe. That means that wherever you live in the EU, you should be able to get papers done.
