Hey everyone whats up? I just recently purchased a 08 fe with 30 hrs on her. I've had a few other bikes, 06 kx450f, and an older rm 85 for messing around. First off I love this bike. Its awesome! Feels really stable. It seems like the husaberg community is pretty small but I like that. My names Jesse and I'm in the USAF, stationed out in Tucson, AZ. There seems to be plenty of good riding to do out here. The bike came with a lot of parts that I don't want so I am going to post them up in the classifieds.

If you plan on doing any long rides I would hang on to that Large fuel tank they do not make them anymore so once its gone you will either be with out one for good or paying through the teeth for one 08 was probably one of the best years (and last for the carb) keep up on the valve checks/adjustments and oil changes and have fun!!!!

Thanks for the info. I guess I might hang onto it, but I don't plan on doing any rides over 100 miles. Least for right now. It has the under seat tank as well so I can go pretty far. I love the bike so far, I just hit 40 hrs so I want to do the valve check. Hopefully all is well. Didn't KTM buy out husaberg in 2008? I heard 2009's are when KTM took over.

KTM bought Husaberg in 1997, primarily to get their hands on a competitve four stroke racing engine, which they did not have at that time.

The 2004-2008 Husabergs were great bikes, I wish I still had mine.

There is a lot of good riding down in Tucson and in the Phoenix areas. I would recommend joining one of the local clubs.
Here are links to a few.

This is your local club (TRS). It's a good club. Unfortunately Norton has it blocked as a maliciouse site for some reason at this time. I just visited it and didnt seem to have a problem.

you'd think an az native would have been to SAFFORD at least once.

Believe me it's not anything you would admit to :D

I actually spelled it correctly the first time and then went back and changed the spelling to match the poster :bounce:

Native Arizonian......not me....that's my wife that's got the bone through her nose
