It is 2200euro on Germany . I can sell my used engine for 1000euro. Only plus 1200 euro and have a new engine. Cheers

Thanks for sharing. I wonder that fe450 2008 compatable with fe450 2005 parts? cdi, ignition?? etc

Damn..... I hate that.. wrong place wrong timing for me....
nice to know still couple nice new motors for 650's about.....
 
I have a feeling that the showing of availability may be a mirage in the desert. I really hope I'm wrong and somebody can confirm the availabilty of a complete engine. If I had the money to spare, I'd love to test the theory.
 
Asked Dan over at Motoxotica to place an order - got the big fat NOT AVAILABLE and no backorder response. Hard for me to imagine, at least in the USA, that there's a dealer sitting on a complete new engine. Ktm-parts shows it's available but I'm confident it's not available from them. They would have listed that thing asap.

Still, I'd love to hear about somebody unearthing a wayward complete and new engine. I love a good barn find/inventory oversight story. In california, it's hard to find stories like that due to the State tax on inventory - still, I'm gonna poke around.
 
the link I just posted says delivery time 3-6 days...
I don't know if that is correct though but I have a seat on order there that should be delivered around 20/02 and still no seat:p
But I alm confident I will get it I got my previous order fast and they told me the seat was on backorder...
