Nice! 8)

Did you consider the 450 as well?

Is that a plate on the back?

Congratulations!

No I didn't, got a good deal on the 570, couldn't pass it up. :D

And, yes, it has a plate.

Welcome to the club, you are going to love that Ride. If I can ever help you with anything I'll treat you just like I sold it to you.

My number plate and rear blinkers were mounted like that when new. It all broke off on the second or third ride and wound up wedged inbetween the rear wheel and the swing arm causing the rear wheel to lock up.

You guys may want to look at fan kits too.

The indicators will be removed and the licence plate re-located before it hits the dirt. Purchased a fan kit with the bike and fitted it last night along with the frame guards, case guard, rad guards, stanchion socks, map switch and the hand guards.

First thing I noticed about the fan kit is that it doesn't come with any sort of shroud to guide more air through the rad. Most vehicles I've seen with an electric fan had a shroud or deflector fitted to increase efficiency. I'm wondering just how effective the fan will be on the FE seeing as how it'll only be drawing air through less than half of one rad although it does seem to shift quite a bit of air when powered up. I guess in extreme circumstances you could fit a 2nd fan on the left hand rad maybe. Anyone done this? I also noticed the fan is a Spal unit, you can get them on Ebay.

Right Taff, didn't even see that until you pointed it out, curious as to why they'd be mounted in the location, must be that they'd like you to buy a new set after every ride.

By shroud do you mean the fan housing shown in this pic?

Did this require a new or modified wiring harness or was it plug and pray?
