nope, its an uprated LC4 690 motor.........probly wqiht soem of the 700cc Rallye motor parts in from the 700cc factory rallye bikes used in the Dakar etc

These LC4 parts have been around for some time, there was a 712cc engine in 2001-2003, in the supermoto europeen championship, a Van der Borsch replica sold later on.
Most of these engines was tuned by Frauenshutz in Austria.
Hi-tech at that time.
