Horst Leitner developed the Anti-Tension Kettenantrieb or “ATK” for short. It was supposed to eliminate the chains negative effects on suspension and handling when accelerating and/or braking, which seems to be your goal. GP Classic Steel - 1989 ATK 604E | PulpMX
Seems the complexity and rear brake performance hindered it from catching on. There's a guy in California that still builds them on a custom order basis.American Dirt Bike Inc.
