Mystery flywheel?

can anybody tell me what year or bike this flywheel is??

It has the same partnumer als the 2001-2003 SEM's, but it is smaller (and lighter?).
It has 2 woodruf keys and also degrees stamped on it.

Might it be a FC flywheel or maybe a Smets optional ignition flywheel? I was poking through the online pats catalog when they first came out and discovered a part number for a "Smets" ignition. I have to believe one of the differences was a lighter flywheel.
 
the pre 98s and the post 97s won't both fit your crank nicely I'm told. so try it on your crank first! this will tell you if it is one of the above!
