Well after 13 years I left my Husaberg with a local mechanic and told him to get it running again. It took him a year and now it is back on the road. I installed a Honda CB600 starter which made all the difference in the world. Now it starts with a quick push of the magic button. The engine noise is more than I remember but after putting 25 miles on it today I will just get use to it. Time to replace the brake, clutch, and fork fluids. Going to try ATF II for the clutch fluid.
I am 250 pounds and would like any suspension ideas for someone my size trail riding in Florida. I am sure the sand will be fun but nothing like the deserts of California.
