msc steering damper.

just went to fit the steering damper that i have had sitting on the shelf for the last 2 yrs and found that the vertical arm that attacheds to the steering head won't fit, probably cos it was for my ktm's. :cry:

its an msc damper from Oz is, there anyone who has that arm that they want to flog or does anyone know if msc products are still going as i can't connect to their website.

plus i know that the uk importer moved down under several years ago and i don't think anyone in the uk took over.
 
i used to have one of these and when i needed any bits i used to e-mail Simone at the address below. not sure if it still a vaild address as it was a while ago......but worth a try.

MSC are still around, they have some new stuff now that may make you envious, their new damper has a wider range of settings though not as adjustable as the scotts seems to be, it is a nice unit.

cafey18 has had an MSC on his 650 and now has a Scotts so he may wish to comment on the differences.

as said its been on the shelf for 2 yrs as i have found that i didn't need it on the berg. but i've tweaked my wrist and want to make life a bit easier for it.
