Has anybody used their valving in a new model Berg? I just had my 05 300 revalved with them and it worked out good. I am thinking about having my 05 fc 550 berg redone as internals might be the same?
thanks

Hi mark550fc the internals are basically the same but shock geometry are
not, they in way opposites of each other Husaberg shock moves faster
initially and starts to slow down towards end of travel KTM 300 moves slow
initially and speeds up towards end of travel wich makes big difference in
shim stacks call Peter at Novation racing 509-879-3751 he has lots of experience with Husaberg shocks

Well I got the forks back on and only had time for 15 minutes today but I think it is going to be good. Will do some moto on Sunday and more offroad and get back. This fork has the moto pro valves and a revalve for my weight. This should be of interest as its my second bike with moto pro valves in a month and my freinds just had three bikes done by Dicks so it will be fun as we will switch back and forth on the bikes.
Stay tuned!

The Moto Pro valves and revalve are much improved over the stock forks on my fc 550 and easy to set for WORCS type of ridding. ( and that can be a hard thing to do) The rear shock is not real good with the 76/95-260 and I have a 8.4 and a 8.8 that I will try next. The rear beats the hell out of you when under acceleration in the chop. I think that the progressive is dropping to the harder part of the valving and it feels harsh. I go 200 lbs with no gear so I hope my post will help the next pearson save time and money on set up.

The progressive springs do not work very good on the 2005 shock. Stay with the straight rate springs, example: 8.0-250mm.
