I have a barrel and piston that will take your bike up to 550 that I'm selling, came from a running engine that I stripped for my 650?
In that case, you could change the cam, the ktm rfs cams are the same just cut the waterpump drive off. or the best mod I did to mine was fit a fcr 41 carb?
I have a carb from a KTM 525 / 02, is that a fcr?

Have had a look at the ktm spares site and cant find a 613 cam, am I missing something?

Not a stock exhaust, thing is the motor is in a crosskart.
Have been thinking of rebuilding it for a while.
Guess it would be smart to start with new pipe + FCR carb?

Be sure and have a look at the DOC.
Make sure the crank float is correct.
Make sure you have the timing set correctly, you will have to use a strobe.
Make sure that your jetting is spot on.
Have SPARKS rewind your stock SEM ignition so it will last, and provide spark that will be consistent, strong, and won't get snuffed out at high rpm's and WOT.
As far as exhaust goes, just get a slip on that will allow the motor to breathe, the stock one is trick looking and super quiet, but very restrictive. This one mod will really wake that bike up.

I do softer valve spring kits
also a jetting kit for the FCR that has had great reports!
I can re-programme the ignition for racing
look at oversize exhaust valves? 31mm or so with porting to match?
I also do a lightweight cam chain and alloy sprocket set.
I also do a belmouth and cone filter conversion for that FCR carb
