WOW what a time we had on the ice today. Here is Hoyt on his 550 dicing with Billtech on his RM250. The conditions were perfect and I had a chance to try my new to me tires. I even won a race. Yeah me!

Great photos Kelsow!
You look like a pro already. Nice to see the vintage Yammy's making a go of it as well.

That XT handles like it's on rails, quite amazing really. He and I were having a good go at it all day.

Ha! Kelsow I saw you getting smoked on the start by that Yamaha DT125! Need to watch out for the polar bears on the back straight. Really looks like a blast, what tires are you running now?

Pffft, I meant to do that, keeps it exciting.

I'm running a set of Quebec tires I got off a friend of mine. They're set to go left only.
For the record, I won my first race, came in 4th by a hair in the 2nd race then spun out while leading
in another race. This is SOOO much fun I can't sleep the night before.

Congrats on the race finish! Be sure to put the trophy in the deep freeze! Only left, interesting..... All on a frozen lake, right? Between ice fishers...

Closest thing we get to dirt track here MarKT,no ice fishers in this lake, only Bass.
The lake we run these races on is called black river lake.It is approx 9 miles long and .5 mile wide,we just use a cove.It is a man made lake, one of a series built in the 1930's with depression labor and is used along with canals and dams to run a group of hydro power stations.
Interesting story,a friends father was hunting in the late 1920 in this area and came upon two men walking in the forest. They stopped and talked a moment as he recognized one man as a local and very sucessful business man.The other man was introduced as John Rockefeller.

Interesting.... noe the tides have turned....2006 one man walinkg through the forest happens on some ice racers....two in particular...the noted Kelsow an Nsman!! Very famous here on the Unofficial Husaberg website! Any way love the pictures, thanks. MarkT
