Modify the -02 ignition?

Hi,

I have heard people saying that you can modify the -02 ignition module/coil and get better low rpm performance/torque. Does anyone know anything about this?

It was as I suspected. You send the ignition module and replace the program. In the post a guy with a 650 -02 has send the module to a former SEM employee who did the job. He got less power, for the trail, in LOW and a race behavior in HIGH. Max rpm now on 10 000 and a smother power deliver. He thinks it is worth the 210 USD he paid.
