I have now had this problem on two of my 2009 FE570's.
The oil turns to brown milky paste and you can see it overfill in the sight glass. The coolant level is down. Draining the oil you find there is more than it should have. The bike could even have a drivability problem such as a stumble from full throttle to chop to throttle.
The primary clutch cover gasket between the block and the cover has blown the gasket out in the corner around the inside of the water passage from the water pump to the block. Replace the gasket and you are good to go again.
