Hello guys, so I bought my 06 Husa fs 650c about a Year ago, and ride it like 25h or something till now, I don't know the engine hours because it's the C model (came without Speedometer) the bike looks great and runs great whit no strange noises from the engine, and every time I change the oil (3 times in my hands) it cames with curly metal shavings in the oil magnet, my mechanic, that did the last oil change, tell me that, this is normal in this bikes (husaberg 450, 550, 650, and KTM 450, 525, etc) Recently has been installed the DVSK from Kibblewhite, and the mechanic thinks this engine is completely stock from the factory, never has been opened, what do you guys think about this?? Should I worried about?? If yes can anybody tell me what to looking for?? I love this bike and need some advices from you guys.. How do I Post a pic directly? There is a Pic of the magnet:

it can be the decomp bolt coming out of the cam sprocket and gradually getting chewed up or it can be the mains. it is usually the mains

Thanks Taffy, I remember another interesting thing, we found a very very tiny particles of rubber in the oil, what do you think of that?? And what about engine parts for this bike?? Are they easyly to found to make a rebuild if I need to? I'm from Portugal..

Rubber; i suspect that that is more to do with people than the bike. also, silicon gasket compound can appear to be rubber.

parts
well the parts no longer available is going up but nothing too serious at the moment.

you could make virtually a new bike - put it that way!
