Any recommendations for suspension work in the Atlanta, GA area. Fork seals are busted and I am planning on re-springing the bike to my weight.

Longer Story:
Local KTM dealer appears useless, and said I would have to order the 'Burg parts and bring them in... when I explained they are KTM parts, he just blinked. Showed him the KTM part numbers and the KTM VIN number, and he stood by his original statement. I asked him "so... a KTM dealer cannot order me KTM parts to put on a bike built at the KTM factory with a KTM VIN?"... he responded yes...I am dealing with IDIOTS:furious:

PS: 2010 FE450

Go to KTM World in Cedartown GA at Highland Park Resort (770) 748-0771. They've done both of my Husabergs (250 & 450) they're wonderful and then you can go riding on all the fun trails. Talk to Mick in Parts or Glenn the GC or Paul Wright the owner tell em' "Lady Berg" or Colleen sent ya!

I'm in Savannah and I wish they weren't so far away but I get up their as much as I can. Barry in the service dept is a Husaberg fan and will most likely do the work. I recommend revalving to suit your riding style and skill it's really worth it.

Thanks Ladyberg! I was there Saturday - the single track final did my seals in - but it was awesome. Kinda drive from Atlanta, but I was figuring they would be the go-to, and I know they used to be a dealer.

Yes they were a great Husaberg dealer and I have a beautiful neon lighted Husaberg sign and banner from them! If you ever want to go riding there or Durhamtown let me know but I prefer Highland Park it's like home to me

Any suspension tuner worth their weight should be able to swap fork seals. The forks are wp open chamber forks, should be able to swap springs and change fork seals pretty easily with about 50 bucks worth of tools and some fork oil. Springs, oil and seals/bushings are almost the easiest to change out of many other designs.

Thanks, I see from your picture you may have learned to analyze grammar during your time in the Hitler Youth program. :) Besides, if I wasn't personally an idiot too, I wouldn't need to be here asking for advice.
