Massive oil spill

Hi guys, I have a 2005 Husaberg 450 and I got it to the mechanic to put new piston, rod and gaskets. But there`s something strange hapening that is already making me doubt of my mechanic competences. He opened the engine, put the new parts and when the engine started the smoke was intense and leaked oil from the pipe headers! Then he said the liner was a little bit ovalized, so I bought a new one... He closed the engine again and it got worst, it was spiting oil from the pipe headers!!! Then I even got another head and yet again the same hapened... So me and my mechanic are geting desperated because I spent 1500 euros and I´m not riding!!! Does any of you guys here in this forum had this type of problem? Your feedback would be great in order to help me ride my Husaberg again! Thank you for your attention... :(

just a guess: missing dowel/s in hole/s for main screws between head and engine case. there are two of them and four holes. supposed that the rocker arms and shafts are lubricated through that screw hole. I am not sure about this, maybe the dowels are just for centering the head and gasket on the cases. Bushmechanic knows for sure. If the tolerances are as they should be (new piston and liner), even overfilled oil cant cause this. the problem cant be in the head either, would a crack be there, you would observe coolant vapor, not oil spitting.

Thank you for your reply, I think the lubrication is made through de distribution chain but who am I to guess? I am so sad these days...:signhelp:
