I've got about 30 hours on my motor...all track/racing riding, pulled the clutch cover off to replace a leaky gasket and was blown away to how clean it was inside with no wear on anything....I know 30 hours ain't much but still it was squeeky clean....I never get anything in my oil and slight speckles in my filter.....those guys sure build a tight motor, clearances between covers and gears etc are scary tight......I do change oil every 2 hours max and filter every second oil change......
I'm glad we have experts around like Boss and Dale... I know for me pulling that motor completely apart is a daunting task......
So at the end of the season Boss will get my engine back to pull apart and check to make sure everything is in order.....For me its a good piece of mind, especially when wide open, wondering If the motor is gonna grenade.... I love these dam bikes :***:
