I all,

how do i perform the maintenace plans and time periods, for a dual use 00 berg.

I want to rode in street in the summer, and off-road every weekend.

I'm newbie in off-road riding, so it wont be very hard core rides... simple "walk on the country"...

i'll setup a digital Km counter...

Thanks in advance.

Sorry my rusty english.

Regards.

Sorry my rusty english. Sounds like you are on the right track. What I would do is read and follow what is in the manuals. You could with the counter (a good idea) plan on doing the valve adjustment check and other related at the same time you do oil changes, 5-10hrs along with serviceing the air cleaner and such.Set a time frame on when to do the above and stick to it.I ride my bike off road so I go by hours instead of miles/Km.I hope this gives you some ideas.Take care.

Regards.

If you are talking about how to figure the times. Go with the suggestions in the manual and use an engine hour timer. I hook them up on all my dirt bikes. They are around $20 and super easy to hook up. Usually just a wire wrapped around your spark plug wire. You can always tell how many hours are on your machine at a glance. On maintenance critical machines such as a Berg its priceless.

Thanks for the tip!!!
can u tellme a brand or 2 for those engine hour timer?
Thanks!

Yup, thats the one I have (Sendec). I used silicon sealant to mount it on the flat side of my trip meter. Why off road bikes dont come with them factory installed, is beyond me?
