Lucky owner of a Husaberg FC600

Hi guys!
I have just bought a "new" Husaberg. Its a 600FC -00. It is the most powerful bike i have been driving. The engine sounds really nice and my YZ400 did make more noise than my Husaberg does.
Now the questions:
What do i need to really check, besides oil and maintance?
Can i open the exhaust?
Can i place head and taillamps on it?

Please, anybody else with a 600FC -00 that can come up with some tip?

Anybody that got some great links with tips and stuff like i found in thumperfaq.com/.

Please tell me about youre experiences with this kind of bike.

I have a 2000 FX600E. The FC does NOT have a lighting coil. The FE/FX ignition will fit right on. Replacewhen yours goes Bad. Stators usually last 2 years.

P.S. Change oil at least every other ride. Adjust valves every 15-20 hours. And keep a eye on the rocker roller bearings. Also, if you can't get the timing just right on the cam--the camchain is streched and should be replaced.

MY fc600s all have lighting coils.

I have been told that all Bergs have lighting coils. My FC has one as well.
