If you don't find / are recommended a dealer that does ship to Norway, then Bushmechanic has recommended shipito.com in the past; I tried them and it's really a very nice service.
They're a freight forwarding service that have a few warehouses around the US plus one in Austria too. You subscribe, get a mailbox, and have packages sent to them. They keep them for you for up to 90 days while you accumulate multiple shipments there. Then you can ship everything as one shipment.
This can often save on shipping even for just one package, allows to order from dealers that only ship to the US or some such, and changes the price dynamics quite a bit - parts in Europe can be expensive but less shipping, but in the US there can be different parts and/or cheaper parts but shipping can cost a lot - with shipping consolidation it can even out and you get access to the US inventory. Very nice solution for us remote guys.
p.s. heja norge, of course!
