OK good news, Bank came thru Today with out a hitch. Well a small hitch was a surprize, they made me pay 10% down, but I had a spare credit card to cover it.

Now I have a big fat bank check for a bucket of money payable to MotoXotica sitting in a bank envelope in the glove box of my Tundra..........but where is my bike? on a truck somewhere maybe crossing the rockies? or as near as reno? who knows.

last communication from Dan da Berg Man was maybe tomorrow maybe thursday. I have my new Husaberg jersey hanging up in the garage and a clean spot for the bike ready.

come on Husaberg truck driver, keep on truckin! :bounce5:

Big, do me a favor and let me know when you're going to pick up the bike.

probably will happen thursday afternoon. If he gets the bike today, wednesday. He has to set it up other wise, if the bike comes thursday then I'll have to wait till Saturday afternoon. I'll post when I know. They're will be pictures. I allways do that with my ride buddies. if you make it over I'll bring my Husaberg jersey and we can get a Big smiling shop photo of me and the bike. Boy do I remember those sleepless nights waiting to pick up a new bike. Brings back memories of my younger years and is great to see the enthusiasm. Bet you will enjoy the Berg a lot.

my truck is as work where I am with a frigging misrable cold all week this week. I'm gonna drown my self with dayquil when the bikes comes so I can smile good without having to blow my nose.

I am bigbob and my dog is boomer. I am the skipper. My last name is Tomlinson of Norwegian desent. I am tall and red headed like my Viking ancestors. Now can someone tell me for sure if the 06 husaberg triple clamp center bar mount holes are the same deminsion as KTM's or even if they are the same oem triple clamps?

need to know as I have heard from ......well i'll make a post wth

I too am looking for something a bit lighter than my DRZs.
I'm anxiously awaiting your first ride report as nsman is picking up some used/demo's next week. I may not be able to help myself.

I will report in by Monday, with pics and a my ride report. They are perty bikes

an believe me after dragging my DRZ S model (but even the E model has some mass to it) around, then being able to actually lift my husky front end as i pick it up from a fall was amazing difference. the Husaberg is lighter then the huskys.
