For the love of "who ever you're into"! Could somebody be a sweetheart and point me in the right direction to purchase a complete rear brake conversion kit for my 2008 FE450E. I don't want a stinkin foot lever. Just a left hand rear brake. Thank you. YOU R AWESOME!!

I used a Ducati monster unit off eBay. You can also use a late model husky clutch ( I think it has provisions for a decomp lever.

If you want a bolt on setup give Rob Lang a call here. He does them for huskies all the time your berg should be no different.

If you still need a clutch lever. Try Rekluse.
you can make your own with a bicycle hand brake master to mount under yor clutch lever.

Hi All,
something that may be of interest, we make a range of LHRB products but we have just released a new LHRB we call the CLAKE SLR (Staggered Lever Retrofit). It is specifically designed to be used with Brembo clutch master cylinders.
It offers far better ergonomics, has a FIM legal ball end, good sized reservoir, is super high quality (6061 billet lever and body, ball bearing pivot for lever),and also allows room for switch blocks. We also think it represents excellent value at AUD $280 (Master Cylinder Only, Hydraulic Lines are extra).
Kind Regards Owen (From down under Australia)

I did a complete guide on this years ago. it is here somewhere? just do a thorough search.

it's very easy. you can get a seal kit for the clutch master cylinder to convert it to dot 4 etc. you measure with a piece of cord through the bike for how long you want the pipe to be and then have it made with the correct ends.

I do the brake seal kit.

Hi Owen,

I like this option a lot. Can the SLR be used as either clutch or brake?

I don't want to buy one cylinder to try positions to then find I need another.

Will Dot5.1 suffice to do both without wrecking the seals in your cylinder.
I currently run this in the std Magura cylinder of my 570 Berg as a LHRB. The bike has a recluse fitted, but I would like to gain the clutch override back.

Cheers,
John
