Hey there new to the site. Got a new 2010 450FE 2 weeks ago and have read a lot about overheating on tight trails. Has anyone tried aftermarket oversized rads instead of the fan kit???

I don't think there is any larger after market rads around for the new Bergs. Plus they would probably cost a lot more then adding a fan kit so I couldn't imagine there being a lot of demand for them from the public.

:iagree:
Mine has never gone over 104C with the standard radiators and Factory Fan kit. It just works perfect even on knarly hills.
Davo.

I run the fluidyne oversize radiators made for the ktm 530 exc. They cost $500. They are the same mounting as the 2011 FE570S Husaberg. Hose routing and position is slightly different. I also run bullet proof rad guards made for the fluidyne radiators. Nasty high altitude riding requires these radiators and the fan kit. I will post pictures after all mods are complete. I got $8,000. Worth of mods I am working on this entire month.
