Buddy is on 98kx250 iam on a 98fe600s, who wins out of the hole the 1/4 and 1/2 with two equally inexperienced riders on flat gravel dry forest service road? he rode my bike said theres no power i rode his powershifting through all gears his seems like it doesnt have power. whats your opinions.

The answer is obvious.....
The Berg will win (this is a Husaberg forum afterall).
But........
Theory sez compare power to weight for the answer....
Reality sez the better rider will win most times.
A single race tells nothing..... must be repeated several times with plenty of rider changes and the results averedged....... sounds like a fun afternoons entertainment, and the b*l*s*i* that will flow with the beers after is a laugh.

Let us know how u get on (or how much you win by mite b more appropriate)

Got into it today against the kx 250, He keeps telling me hes backing off. Seems to me the only time hes backing off is when iam givin her gas. funny how that works. Shes not acting right in higher rpms. think my stators going out. the rattling from the right sides my indicator and (and the wiring harness is slaming around). He still didnt pass me. so we will have to try again like you guys said. Gotta fix my husa this week before next weekends ride. Iam sure he will take it easy on me and back off some more.

gravel is not where you want to run an fe600. dirt road ok. need some traction.

hey just had to reply to this and update. but absolutely no comparison on this test. i rode against the kx and smoked it on loose gavel and forrest service roads multiple times. then switched bikes and tried some more. not even a close call or remotely competitive. i love my husa.
