Kush Sprockets

Yes I see there is mention on the net about failures but according to their web site
they have resigned it to overcome these problems.

yeah I dunno spanner I can't see the rubber staying in place unless there is something either side of it

sounds like what they did

Our new sprockets have been re-designed to completely avoid the problems we, and customers experienced with our inconsistent polyurethane to metal bonding process. The sprockets have been re-designed to contain the polyurethane, now no longer relying on the integrity of an elastomer to metal bond.

Well I am going to find out as I have just ordered one.
Got a discount as it won`t be available until October
A$81 delivered.

Cheers spanner

Hi Bushie,
I don`t know, he refunded me straight away and said he would be in contact when he had some, in October.
The 41 tooth size would be handy, been experimenting with gearing lately.
Also running wheels without a cush now and a little worried may damage something.
There would be a lot of load on a small area maybe they keep disintegrating.
Nice idea though.

I ordered a 47t back in September for an October delivery. They didn't make that date due to production so they credited me a third of the price if I would wait until middle of November. They did that on their own without me asking. Also they've been good at responding to my emails. We'll see...
