Just got an 09 FE450 and plan on using it more as a dual sport bike so I want to prevent any problems from pavement riding. So far the pavement is about 10% or less of each ride. Not sure if it was my expectation of an improvement/difference or a real change......but when I first rode the bike it seemed to be smoother going across the paved parking lot. So far I have about 200 miles on it and it is working good.

Sweet! Looks kind of cool actually. Planning on getting one myself as I'll be dualsporting my 570 too.

I've got to have 8,000 plus road miles on the Kush sprocket I have on my KTM 525 EXC and it still looks great. I plan to put one on my FX 450 this winter as I am finding myself doing a lot of duel sport riding.

Do you have the first gen or second gen? I have heard that the first gen had some problems. Did you feel any difference in the ride? I think I did but not sure if it was my expectation that it would be better.

Good to see you got over 8K miles on it.

I have the first generation sprocket and yes I can feel the difference with it on when rolling on and off the throttle. I plan to put one on my FX 450 this winter as I dual sport quite a lot on my Berg.
