KTM wheels fitting a Husaberg

Hey, I was trying to search the forum to find out what wheel and hub assemblys would work on a 97 fc 501. There are some KTM wheels and hubs on ebay for things like 525 and 300 SX models, and I was wondering what parts I could interchange. Is there anything besides Husaberg parts that will fit? Thanks in advance!

newer ktm/ berg wheels are interchangable. don't know about older ones though.
all i can suggest is try and blag some from someone just to try.

I suggest measuring the axle diameters on your 97 and ask the sellers what their axle diameters are.

Okay, I'm going to try to acquire some data on the bearing sizes, also rotor diameter, but it is still going to be hard to know if the rotor is set in the same place, and the bearing placement within the hub, but surely if all the major measurments are the same it will work. I was just hoping that somebody had already researched the matter, guess its not gonna be that easy :roll: haha, but thanks for the help!
