KTM North America taking over HBG

It's strange that KTM has not made any announcemnts concerning this change of operations, normally a business would get as much info out as possible in order to calm any rumors and fears. I wonder if KTM is merely going to turn it over to another party to distribute.
 
From what I have been told, KTM is going to run Husaberg NA as a completely seperate company. They have hired some guy named John Hinz to be the Sales Mgr. Thats all I know so far.
 
Still don't understand why KTM would not make some sort of an announcement, they are often arrogant in their dealings but this is business 101, there is considrerable alarm among their buying public and they are doing nothing to allay the concerns.
 
Has anyoe heard from where our parts will be shipped and if there is going to be any interruption in service during the transition ?
