KTM LC4 wheels on my '08 FE550

Hey folks

Bit of confusion with the front LC4 wheel fitting to my '08 Berg. Bought the KTM spindle reducer kit + spindle and nut. But the wheel itself has some unexpected diameters.

In the parts fiche for a 2002 LC4 640 the bearings, seals and spacers are exactly the same on both sides. But on the offside (non-disc side) of my wheel, the ID and OD of the seal is huge, a lot bigger than the disc side. Here are pics of both sides:

On the offside of the hub, there are two little protrusions that look like they are cast into the hub. Are they stoppers for pushing the bearings through the hub from the other side?

Even if I buy a new spacer for my supposedly 2002 front wheel, it won't fill the ID of the seal and my bearing will fill up with *****. Like in this picture:

The wide spacer part you see there, it came with the axle reducer kit. It doesn't seem to fit any part of the LC4 wheel. Here's a pic of it:

Can anyone lend me some wisdom before I spend a whole load more money? :):burp: Is the offside seal FUBAR or is half of it missing? It looks weird.

Thanks in advance!
