ktm lc2 wheels on a 2002 fe650

Hello, i have the chance of some ktm wheels and tyres from a 125 lc2, i think around '98, from the info i can get they are 21 3.00 front and 18 4.50 rear, i think the axle size front is 17mm and rear 20mm? can i convert the front up to a 20mm axle which i think i need for the front of mine, my fe has been given supermoto wheels at some time and i want some off road wheels

i think those wheels were probably not 21x3.5 and 18x4.5, those are supermotor widths... more like 21x1.6 and 18x2.25/2.5 or something close to that.....and its easier to upsize the axle size to match large bearings holes with customer spacers than it is to upsize a hole in the bearing to match the axle size......if that makes sense.........
