KTM being sued?

is anyone in the us aware of a class action lawsuite being taken against KTM.

just taking this evening and apparently there may be a lawsuite against KTM in respect of their rear suspension design.

in that persons using it have suffered back injury due to the nature of the rear suspension.

i've had a search on line and cant find anything and whilst i could go to ktm talk i cant be bothered to register for 1 question.

anyone? or is it just another wonderful made up rumour?

well i did think it would be rather surprising if they where being sued for it but you gotta check these things out, plus being from the US where people seem to sue for everything, its also creeping in over here so dont complain, you just never know.

as i said couldnt find anything about it anywhere so 99.9% its a load of bull

if you would ask my riding buddy who has a 250 4t, they deserve to be sued for the way the rear suspension works
