Kstart makes clicking noise when returning up from kicking

Is this normal?
Its been 1 year and I have only ever had to kickstart it once.

Am having trouble starting it but will look at hard start guide just want answer to the clicking noise.

Hi faktor,

Yes the clicking sound is normal - and essential :wink: The clicking sound is that of the kick-start autodecompression device clicking back to where it needs to be for your next kick.

Always make sure the kick start returns past the click as part of your kick-start procedure.

Just doesnt want to kickstart yet. Has always started off of button fine.
