Kickstarter Stepped Washer

Hi,

I own a 2004 Husaberg FE 450 E.
Today whilst changing the oil and filter I went to kickstart it and noticed a chunk of metal drop on the floor.

I searched around until I noticed the bolt holding the kickstarter on was loose and the stepped washer behind it was broken into pieces.

Does anyone know where I can buy a new one? For now I've just used a large washer.

From the spare parts manual the item is listed as:

70 800.33.070.150 STUFENSCHEIBE KICKSTARTER STEPPED WASHER KICKSTARTER 1

I can't find one anywhere on Google.

Did you try your nearest dealer or anyone of the dealers that has a banner ad on this site? For the time being your flat washer will probably work. I would put a dab of RTV on the side of the washer that mates against the shaft. Then top it off with some blue loctite on the bolt.

I've emailed a UK dealer but they don't work weekends.
Excuse my ignorance but what is RTV?
