Kick starting a 450

How hard is it to kick start a 2004 FS450? My YZ450 is very easy to start because of the auto decompression, I'm hoping the berg is similar.

If everything is adjusted correctly (there is also a semi-auto compression release connected to the kick start lever that engages for the first part of the stroke) it should kick over as easily or maybe more easily than the Yamaha (I used to own a YZ400F). The Husaberg also has a manual compression release that you can use to get the piston just past TDC in order to get a faster spin when cold starting. I have owned a FE501, FE650, and currently have a FE550 and kick starting has never been a problem and my weight ranges between 135-150lbs.

The only thing that is going to make it harder to kick start, is the kick start being on the left hand side.

I didn't even think of that issue as I have been using left side kick starters since the mid '70s! My second bike was a '74 Husqvarna 175WR that I bought when I was 15.

Oh COME ON boys...I can start mine! 8)

 I do stand on the side though after finding TDC with the comp lever, then give it all my muscle using the right leg. Bike is just to tall for me to be astride and kick it over.
