Hey guys, just thought I'd make my own thread to post videos and questions as it seems some sub forums really don't get read often if at all.

I've got a 2011 FE570 with the motard wheels installed. I bought it at the end of 2012. It is pretty much stock apart from a Lexx slip on exhaust.

Since owning it I've added:

- Circuit P4 hand guards
- CACycleworks fuel pump
- Reflective heat shield under the tank.
- KTM fan kit
- LED front indicators
- KTM headlights and front fender

Planned:

- Axle and exhaust sliders
- Exhaust mount
- Front number plate and racing numbers

Here are some videos photos from my first track day on the bike.

That is about all for no but will hopefully keep you updated on videos and what not and hopefully you guys can throw some tips and hints for the bike!

Cheers Josh

Seem to have fixed my starting issue, ended up being a kick in the hose between the pump and the filter in the tank.

Axle sliders and peg sliders are installed so it is pretty much ready for the track!

Starting issue seems to be back.

I found the issue on the weekend. It was a kinked fuel line between the fuel pump and inline fuel filter. Fixed it, started straight away no worries!

Went to start it again after work today to see what would happen. NO GO!!

Ripped it all apart again, fuel lines fine, checked the filter at the throttle body, don't even have one.

I've pretty much ticked all I can think off, any ideas?

I don't think that would handle the 54 psi, have a look in the fuel section in the forum index, there are a ton of threads about this subject. They are a great bike don't give up mate.

Yeah doesn't seem like it would.

Lots of threads about the Can Am filter. People are installing them in place of the quick disconnect. The one I might be having dramas is the one in the fuel tank, do you think it would fit there instead of being outside? Being metal in warm/hot fuel, not sure if it would cause any dramas.

Start with the basics, does the pump cycle when you hit the start button, do you have pressure in the line ? Should have 54 psi. I you aren't passing fuel thru the pressure regulator then putting a filter in anywhere won't help. Check out some of the fuel pump issue threads for some more leads.

Yeah I can hear the pump cycling when I press the starter. Don't have anything to make a pressure tester. I've got the new CaCycleworks pump so that should be fine.

I rode to the track today for a track day, got ready for my group and the bike didn't start again. It almost wants to go but still nothing. I pulled off the stock fuel filter in the tank and it seemed pretty dirty, but don't have another one and I wrecked that plastic fuel line crap getting it off, so I'll have to source that somewhere.

I've got nothing left to try other then a new powerful battery like a TurnTech or something and a new injector.

Any other ideas?
