I'm not very fmiliar with these Keihin "magic bullets"...
So here's my guess:

The number of the part on the extreme right of the diagram is 21.

In the parts list #21 reads as follows:
Vacuum Release Plate | 021-725 | 1609-809-2100

And in the price list:
021.725 | 1609-809 PLATE | 117,31€ | 86.56£
