What Bikes Come With A Good Kiehin To Use On The Bergs? I Know The WR/YZ But What About DR's Did They Come Standard? What Years?
Been Looking At Loads Of Bike Parts On Ebay,Just Want To Know What To Avoid Like The Plague And Ones To Rip The Guys Arm Off

the DRZ came with a mark 1 carb fitted OEM right up to the end of '03 i believe. that's the one that misses the starter motor.

the WR had it fitted on the '00 model and the yz only had it fitted for 98-99. the KTM had it from '02 i think.

only the honda CRFs have had the 41mm for a long while i believe. not sure about the 520/525 katoom.

Taffy

520/525 Katoom's had FCR 39 from the beginning I belive.
Switched to FCR 41 now, same year as Husaberg maybe !?
Katoom 625/660 and such have the FCR 41 as well.

DRZ E model only mind, the S never ever had a keihin fcr, i just picked up a wr426 2002 keihin from ebay for £45 including postage!! Im well pleased but as taff has said it needs modding were it sits on the starter on my fe400.

Whats The Different Types I Keep Seeing.
FCR,CR,CVK,Etc.
Are They All Good Or Is There a Daddy Of Them All!?!

FCR and FCR only. CR is the old roundslide carb from the Z1 days...
